Welcome to Amanzada Perfumes Mauritius. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
   By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your contact details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.  Products
   Our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer and niche scents. Amanzada Perfumes Mauritius is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any original fragrance houses. Product images are used for reference purposes only, to help customers identify the scent inspiration. Actual products may differ in appearance. Scent perception may vary from person to person.
3. Ordering
   Process Once an order is placed, a member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp;an invoice will be sent to you. We will assist you with the payment process. Delivery will be scheduled upon confirmation of payment. Please ensure that your phone number is correct and connected to WhatsApp. 
4. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is completed after receiving your invoice via WhatsApp. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. 
5. Delivery
   Delivery is completed within up to 7 business days. A standard delivery fee of Rs 150 applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and availability. Amanzada Perfumes Mauritius is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party services. 
6. Returns & Exchanges
   Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the conditions outlined in that policy. 
7. Liability
   Amanzada Perfumes Mauritius is not liable for:
   - Individual reactions to fragrances
   - Misuse of products
   - Differences in scent expectations
   - Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 
8. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Amanzada Perfumes Mauritius and may not be used without permission. 
9. Privacy
   Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
